To view your ticket history, update your tickets, or follow articles, you will need to sign in to the help center for that specific game.
Unless otherwise noted, you can submit tickets without signing into your Wizards Account on the upper right-hand corner of every page in the help center.
Note: You'll be prompted for your email address if you submit a ticket while not signed in.
If you don't have a Wizards Account, you can create one here, or download the MTG Arena client. Please keep in mind that this is also not the Magic Online account you use to log into the Magic Online client.
