If we're not currently available for chat support, the Help widget will display a question mark. Click the Help widget, then click Contact Us, or click here, to submit your request using the web form in that case.
Chat Support Tips:
- If you experienced a problem in an event, please have your Event ID and MTGO username ready for the agent.
- To save a record of your live chat conversation, click the menu in the open chat window, and then click Email transcript. We also create tickets in your support history for all chat contacts, and you should get an email notification for that automatically.
- Never share passwords or social security numbers in chat. We may ask for other information like billing address or last 4 digits of your credit card in order to verify that you are the account owner for some kinds of support requests.
- We recommend using Chrome or Firefox as your browser
